Return Policy

*Return and Refund Conditions:*

  • If the products are lost before delivery.
  • In case of a defect in the product.
  • If the product is damaged during transit.
  • If an incorrect product is delivered to the customer.
  • If the purchased product has passed its expiration date.
  • We appreciate your understanding and always strive to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience for our customers.

*Return and Refund Procedures:*

  • For the cases mentioned above only, products can be replaced, or "Healthy & Tasty" will issue a credit for the product to the customer's account on the website, provided that a return/replacement request is made within the specified timeframe of 24 hours from receiving the order.
  • If we are unable to ship the order to the customer, the cost of the product will be refunded in the same manner as it was purchased. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash, while purchases made with debit/credit cards will be refunded to the credit/debit card, which may take 5 to 10 business days. In both cases, you will be responsible for delivery or shipping fees, card transaction fees, and any additional charges incurred by the shipping partner.
  • For return requests and refunds, you must send the order number and reason for the return via email to the "Healthy & Tasty" address provided below. Upon approval of the return, you will be asked to send the product back to us. Once the product is received, the credit will be issued to your account on the "Healthy & Tasty" website. We will not be responsible for any products sent for replacement or return without our confirmation.
  • In case of a product defect, it will be verified according to the terms and conditions mentioned on the purchase invoice.
  • Please keep all items you wish to return or exchange in their original packaging with the internal packaging in good condition, and include the original purchase invoice. We will not accept any exchanges or returns without this.

*Exceptions to the Return/Exchange Process:*

  • Generally, fresh food items cannot be exchanged once sold.
  • For frozen, chilled, and dairy products that may be subject to temperature fluctuations, we apologize for not accepting any exchange or refund once received by the customer.
  • For items that spoil quickly, you can replace them if they are damaged at the time of purchase, but no exchange or refund will be possible afterward.
  • Orders paid with gift vouchers or any promotional offer will not be refunded.
  • If the product is not the same as what was sent, it will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • If the product is damaged by the customer, it will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • If any item is missing from the order received by the customer, including original product packaging, accessories, or price tags, the order will not be exchanged or refunded.

Delivery and Shipping Policies

The "Healthy & Tasty" website will not deliver to or handle orders from countries subject to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions, in accordance with UAE law.

Please note that your order will be delivered to the address you specified when completing the order process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper identification during delivery. Additionally, our shipping partners will require identity verification upon delivery by checking original identification documents such as a business card, passport, driving license, UAE ID, or Free Zone ID to confirm the recipient's identity.

"Healthy & Tasty" offers a variety of delivery options, with the appropriate option and price determined based on the size and weight of the product, and the shipping plan and schedule.

Before placing an order, you can find the expected delivery date in the product description, shopping cart page, and payment page. After placing the order, you can find the delivery date in the order details.

We must clarify that we are not responsible for partial or total delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you to update you on the revised delivery schedule.

If a delivery fails due to an error on your part (e.g., incorrect name, address, or other details), any additional costs incurred for redelivery will be charged to you. Therefore, please ensure that the information you provide is accurate to avoid such issues.

Please also note that we will only deliver products within the areas we have specified in the UAE, according to the delivery policy in effect at that time. We are not responsible for any orders for products requested outside the designated areas.

*Multiple Shipments Policy:*

A single order may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability or shipping partner restrictions on package weight. You should be aware that multiple shipments may result in multiple charges on your credit card and multiple entries on your credit card statement.

You will be able to specify multiple shipping addresses when completing your order. To do this, select the “Ship to Multiple Addresses” option on the shipping address page.
